Additional services
Many business websites spend their lives running software whose primary job is assembling pages that barely change. For the right project, we remove that layer. The result can be extremely fast, easier to secure, simpler to host and easier to move.
Static isn't right for everything. If a project requires complex user accounts, thousands of constantly changing products or application-like functionality, we will say so - and either build it properly or tell you who should.
Built in, not billed later
Every site ships with a Content Security Policy, HSTS, frame protection, a locked-down Permissions-Policy and MIME-sniffing turned off - set at launch, rather than added after an incident.
A static site starts with very little to attack. The headers close most of what is left.
What the browser may load, and from where. No third-party script can run, because none is permitted.
HTTPS only, and the browser remembers it.
Nobody else can put your site in a frame.
Camera, microphone, geolocation and the rest, switched off.
No guessing at file types.
Headers protect the website. They are not a substitute for keeping the rest of your systems patched, and a static site does not make a company secure. We would rather say that than imply otherwise.
Search engines and AI assistants are two audiences now, reading the same page for different reasons. Both are handled in the markup rather than bolted on afterwards.
For search engines: semantic HTML,
one h1 per page, headings in order, clean metadata, canonical URLs, a
sitemap and JSON-LD structured data.
For generative engines: all of
the above, plus an llms.txt - a plain-text file that tells a language
model what the company does, which pages matter and what not to get wrong about it.
When an assistant describes your business to a customer, it should not be guessing
from your navigation.
